JO SEAGAR
"COME FOR DRINKS"
Easy Christmas and holiday time drinks and party ideas.
Finger food or 'pass around' food.
Jo Seagar has rapidly become a New Zealand household name
following the
success of her television cooking series Real Food for Real
People. Jo is extremely enthusiastic about entertaining by
using her trademark 'easy peasy' recipes. Her motto is maximum
effect for minimum effort.
While overseas she indulged her passion for fine cuisine
by attending the famous Cordon Bleu London and La Varenne
Paris cooking schools.
Jo has written food columns for North & South, Cuisine
and New Zealand Woman's Weekly and lately the Next Magazine.
She has written a number of popular cook books.
Amongst her other commitments, Jo is Ambassador for Hospice
New Zealand.
Jo's latest venture is a country cook school, cook store
and café. Situated in Oxford, 40 minutes from Christchurch
airport, the cook school is designed for cooks who want a
smaller "hands-on" class and who need new inspiration.
Married to Ross, with two teenage children Kate and Guy,
the family now live in Oxford, North Canterbury,
New Zealand.
We want to acknowledge the generosity of Gordon and Tricia
Herkt of
HERKT RETRAVISION
for so cheerfully lending us the major
kitchen appliances for Jo's workshop.
